About Me

My name is Pauline Neal, I am married and a mum of two (Isabella and Brandon).

I am an aerobics instructor (level 2), level 3 personal training and a pilates teacher, (Supple Strength).

I used to do volunteering work for Surestart helping mums get back into exercise after childbirth. Surestart is a programme run by the government to help children (under 5) and mums get back on their feet.

I am registered with REP (Register of Exercise Professionals) which is known worldwide. I have trained at the YMCA Fit (fitness industry training) which is one of the largest training schools in Europe.

It is not only my job, I get great pleasure in seeing people change physically and mentally in a positive way, and I thrive off it, so it also keeps me going.
